Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
Who we are
MARSCH Capital, LLC (“MARSCH Capital,” “we,” “us”) is a private investment firm based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website, marschcapital.com, and the software applications and integrations we operate, including applications that connect to third-party services such as Google through their published interfaces (the “Services”).
Information we collect
We collect only what the Services need to work:
- Information you give us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Information you authorize an application to access. Where one of our applications connects to your Google account, it accesses only the data you expressly authorize through Google’s consent screen, limited to the specific scopes requested when you connect. You can review and revoke that access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve and secure the website. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels, and we do not set marketing cookies.
How we use information
We use information solely to provide, operate, secure, and support the Services, and to respond when you write to us. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to the function you asked the Services to perform.
Google user data
MARSCH Capital’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features of the application you connected, and for no other purpose.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising of any kind.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your affirmative agreement for a specific message or file, where necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- We do not use Google user data, including Google Workspace data, to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage, security, and retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Where our applications process Google user data, it is processed to perform the function you requested and is not warehoused beyond what that function requires. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.
Deleting your data
You may disconnect any of our applications from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which ends the application’s access. To request deletion of any information we hold about you, write to info@marschcapital.com and we will act on the request within thirty days.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host or support the Services under confidentiality obligations, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MARSCH Capital or others. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Children
The Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this Policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to how an application uses Google user data will be reflected here before they take effect.
